Changes to Rehearsals

    Beginning Tuesday, 4 September,

color guard rehearsals are going to be run differently than they have been in the last few weeks. It would seem that I have allowed the tone of our rehearsals become far too casual and students are not taking the class seriously. After the performance today, I am convinced the lack of discipline and low expectations are to blame. First, I appologize for letting things get to this point. Second, I ask that you take ownership of the quality of work you are performing. I am going to do everything I can to help us get to a point where everyone can be proud of the work they've done.
