Here is a quick rundown of information specific to our day together.
Important Times:
9:00-11:00: Team rehearsal in the SFHS band room. BE ON TIME so we can start right away. With costume adjustments, lunch and getting hair & makeup done, we'll need every minute of rehearsal.
12:30: Load bus with equipment, props, uniforms etc. and head to other schools to pick up students.
2:15 (est.): Arrive at West High School, unload bus, check in, receive wrist bands & get settled in.
Team will meet together and run through routine outside of school and focus.
3:42 Perform!!
CHANGE: Awards for AAA, AA & A divisions around 6:30.
Time TBA: Following awards, we will head home.
Things to Bring With You to the School at 9:00
- Uniform dress
- White leggings
- White fitted top
- Makeup specified at rehearsal
- CLEAN hair
- A comb/brush of your own
- $$ for lunch & dinner (you're welcome to bring food, if you'd prefer)
- Warm clothes to wear before/after performance
- Healthy snacks & a water bottle
- Good attitude & excitement for the day! :D
- We NEVER go wandering around without at least one other person. A group of three or more is ideal.
- We NEVER, for ANY reason, leave the school.
- We DO sit together as a team and respectfully show support to ALL of the other teams
- We DO exhibit appropriate performance behavior at ALL times throughout the day. No dancing, running around or obnoxious behavior that would disturb any other spectator or performing team.
